Founder Petra Walke relocated several times between Europe, North America, New Zealand and Australia. As a result of her own experiences she was determined to rekindle the level of professional service clients can expect from a professional Migration Agency.

1) talk with your Licensed Immigration Adviser in an endeavour to clearly identify the issue and to resolve the matter

2) if the matter is not resolved to your satisfaction you can provide a complaint about any aspects of our services by emailing or writing to the Managing Director who will review and assess the situation and decide if, or how, the matter can be resolved:
